Just a very quick note about my upcoming lives and the next Soul Soiree, both of which happen next this coming Saturday!!

The Soul Soiree is at 7:30pm at the Northfield Depot in Northfield MN USA.

Join me for an intimate sharing of heart-opening and uplifting songs for spontaneous fun, connection, hope and healing. If inspiration sparks, I may even make songs out of the words you share in the chat. All times below in Central US time.

I will be offering FOUR live streams on Insight Timer this month which are free to attend (donations are welcomed but not required).

If you're unfamiliar with Insight Timer, it's a meditation timer app that's free to download with a treasure trove of wonderful content created by teachers all over the world. I stumbled across it during Covid and have since published over 70 of my own songs there, as well as courses and meditation tracks intended to nurture, inspire, support and uplift.

Over the years a lovely, uplifting community of like-hearted souls has developed there, folks who are all on a path of consciousness, healing and the like. I was personally surprised at how connected I have come to feel with folks I have never met in person.
